Refund policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit when shipped by us or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging).

If your return is accepted, we’ll initiate a return pick up and your product will be picked up in next 3 working days.
After that you can request either a replacement or we will generate a GIFT CARD for you with lifetime validity of same order value that will be shared with you.
Kindly note we DO NOT PROVIDE A REFUND.
As these pieces are very exclusive and completely handmade with limited quantities.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and make a video on opening.. contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
If used or worn.. we won't be able to accept your return.Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
